DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – Dallas police arrested a man in connection with an early morning murder Saturday.
Police say they found 34-year-old Timothy Green with items belonging to 39-year-old Christopher Mosley who’d been shot and killed at 6419 Cinnamon Oaks Drive.
While talking to Green, homicide detectives say Green confessed to shooting and killing Mosley.
Green’s in jail charged with capital murder.
No word on a motive or the relationship between the suspect and victim.
