DALLAS (CBS11) – A $2.5 million bond for the man being held in the killing of Zoe Hastings.
Dallas Police have 34-year old Antonio Cochran in custody, accused of capital murder.
A fugitive search unit found Cochran Saturday inside a Northeast Dallas apartment, only hours after detectives tied his DNA to evidence at the Hastings’ crime scene.
The 18-year old Dallas ISD graduate disappeared October 11th. Her body was found the next day.
Police believe Cochran abducted Hastings from a nearby drug store parking lot.
Cochran, a native of Texarkana, was living in an apartment unit in The Village, the popular Northeast Dallas living community near upper Greenville Avenue.
A fugitive apprehension team found Cochran Saturday morning. Dallas Police announced Saturday that DNA tied to Cochran was found, along with blood from victim Hastings inside her van.

Cochran made no statements while he was taken into jail on Saturday.
